Hi.

Please answer the following questions and I'll try to help.

What device are you using to access the program? i.e. iPhone, iPad, Android device, desktop, laptop

Are you trying to create a graph on the screen or .pdf?

Some mobile devices do not have built-in .pdf viewers and you need to download an app.

Again, let me know the answer to the above questions and I'll try to help.

I'm on my iPad I'm trying for a PDFs graph. I could do on screen if I have to.

Hi Susan,

I'm always interested to know if any devices are having a problem with the program.  Over time I've added various setting combinations that seem to work one way or another with most devices.

Section 7 gives you options that you may need to simply experiment with to see which one(s) work with your device.  Try the "Show on Screen", "Download pattern", and "Email pattern to myself".  Hopefully one of these will work.

In section 7 you may also want to try setting the Output to either screen or .pdf.

Generally the first 3 choices I mentioned are there specifically for devices that only work one way or another.

Let me know if none of the combinations work and I'll be happy to look further into it.  I'm coming back to working on updates and would address this right away.
