Is there a way to limit the number of pages for a graph? The one I just created is 20 pages! Also will there be an option in the near future to request as a one-page pdf?

I just created another graph selecting a different page size option like you suggested...... Came out with 5 pages instead of 20!

No worries, we do have a feature in development to customize printing.  Smile  In the meantime, have you tried any of the other paper size options?  Even though you're not technically printing to other sizes, it may minimize your pattern enough to give you a smaller number of pages.

Also, keep in mind that if your pattern is printing to 20 pages, printing it all on one page, if we had that option available at this time, could make it impossibly tiny to read.

Hi, lilbj.

As a matter of fact, I hope to be adding capabilities in the next couple days that will allow compressing charts onto fewer pages.

I'll be adding 11 new paper sizes.

These will be US Ansi A-E which will allow crochet/knitting charts up to 180x330 stitches on a single page!  The US Ansi paper sizes are 8 1/2x11, 11x17, 17x22, 22x34, and 34x44".  I'll post details on how to use them once I make them live.

Also, strictly to allow either magnifying or reducing the pages, I'll be introducing some of our own custom paper sizes for a very specific reason.  These paper sizes are 4.75x8.25", 8 1/2x11", 12.75x16.5", 17x22", 21.25x27.5", and 25.5x33".  I'm stopping there but can easily add more if we get requests.

This second group of paper sizes (We'll call the sizes Stitchboard 0-5) are all increments of US 8 1/2x11.  Again, I'll explain in another update post exactly how to use them.  For now I can say that the Stitchboard 1 size is 8 1/2x11", with crochet/knitting fitting up to 40 stitches across and 70 rows down on a page.  Stitchboard 0 can still be printed out as 8 1/2x11 and would then enlarge the page and fit 10 stitches across by 30 rows down.  Stitchboard 5 size printed onto 8 1/2x11 paper would shrink the chart and allow up to 130 stitches across by 240 rows down.

I should also point out that the new paper sizes work for all stitching types.  I just mentioned crochet and knitting as an example.

These 11 paper sizes are all US-based.  I'll then see what people are using in other sizes (A2, etc.) and add the ability to also magnify and reduce the charts the same way.

This may all sound technical but I'll try to simplify it in a later post in a couple days.
