Need advice on a c2c graphgan

I have the pattern made, but I want to make it in c2c format. How would I know when to start the decrease? The pattern when done in graph is 150 wide X 235 wide.

Inorrid,

Welcome!  Smile

The graphs the freePatternWizard creates aren't meant for C2C afghans, so we can't guarantee the results.  C2C is in the plans, but no idea when.

Since you're using C2C instead of single crochet (a.k.a. double crochet if you're in the UK), you may notice your pattern is skewed, as single crochet stitches aren't actually square.  They're more rectangular, so the patterns created are keyed to be rectangular.  C2C is more square than rectangular, so it's possible your pattern will distort for that reason.

I've worked C2C patterns before, and the time to decrease is when you reach the 150 square mark; you'll have to check your pattern for which side that is.  Once you do, then you'll continue increasing the other edge until it reaches 235 squares, then that will be decreased until you ultimately end up at the opposite corner from where you started, with one square left.  Smile
