Please note, the artwork button is not available at this time.  This is why it isn't included as a specific Premier feature to which one can subscribe.

As for the full/basic color palettes are concerned, we'll need more information.  What stitch type(s) are you using?  Please let us know so we can determine what's going on.  Are you going from one type of stitch to another, one size to another, etc?  Once we understand the issue, we can see what's going on.
