Hi, Msmyithe.
You should be able to change your email address by going to the drop-down menu under My Area, then Change Profile Setting, then Basic Info.
In there will be a form where you enter your new email address, enter it a second time in the second box, and be sure to enter your current password in the bottom box. Then click the Submit button.
It will then email you a confirmation email. You'll need to click on the link in that email to make the change official.
If you tried this, please let me know how far you get and I'll try to figure out what might be happening.

Thank you so much I had to view my email a different way all the links had gone to my spam mail lol. Now that I can receive my patterns may I be upgraded please
