Neave,
Not surprising, but how awful!
They could have shown at least some concern...I would think they could have given you a supportive call when you were feeling up to it as you were recovering. What horrible siblings.

Neave,
Glad you have Shay in your life.
As for the rest of them, it's their loss, not yours.

Neave,
Absolutely, and I feel the same way about so-called "family" on this end.

now you can see why i'd prefer not to keep the enemies closer because i'd be likely to shoot them and i'm not doing jail time for no one

Neave,
Not worth the jail sentence. Not worth hurting yourself for the sake of people who would be happy to see you harming yourself on their behalf.
That's the way I feel, too. The only kind of revenge that's worth it is the kind that's legal. Through courts or whatever, if it's possible. If not, they're still not worth a jail sentence.

no one's worth a jail sentence and luckily for me nicky has life time restraining orders on my mom,dad and my older siblings to stop them ever getting near me or phoning or texting or emailing me

Neave,
I'm so glad they can't get to you!
I can completely understand why this would be an issue. Some families are absolutely horrid. I'm happy Nicky takes the issue seriously. So many people would tell you to work things out with them, but there are some relationships that will never work out. It's so healthy of you to cut them out of your life.
Some people would disagree with that, but those are people who have no idea what a bad relationship with family is like. Family hurting you is worse than any con artist cheating you, because it's always personal with family.

Neave,
Oh, hon, I had no idea!
Did the guy ultimately go to jail, I hope? How about his idiot friend? They deserve
far
worse than jail, but at least that would be the appropriate place for both, considering far worse isn't, um, legal.
I can't believe he was left free after the first time he attacked you.
It's amazing you're alive after all of that...glad we didn't lose you!

Neave,
GRRRRRRRRR!
That really pisses me off. Why in the name of all that's good did he and his buddy not get put on trial?! They deserve far worse than that, but at
least
that much!
