When I try to create a pattern, I get some kind of error. It says it's not the correct file, even though it's a JPG. Thanks in advance.

Eefke,

There are a few different things that could cause the error, so we would have to test your specific file.

Would it be okay for us to email you, so you can send your file to us for testing?
