I'm so sorry. It looks like we haven't been feeding the Community well enough, and your messages are extra yummy!

Here's something to try. Instead of posting another message, can you please instead edit one of the two messages? Preferably the latest one, but it doesn't matter if it's the first. And when you go to save it, see if the text appears after saving. If not, then try to edit the other message or create a new message.

The other thing to test is, if the edited message does look like it has text saved in it, if you could reload the page and be sure the text doesn't disappear. It may look like it's working right, and then once the page is reloaded or closed, it may not actually be saved.

We're not certain why this is happening, but hopefully, there's a way to get your message to finally appear!

I'm so sorry, this still seems to not be working. So what we're doing is giving you an extra year on your subscription for all of your trouble and attempts to post, and also being willing to keep trying! 

Meanwhile, if you could please try this again, either edit or post a new message. We've made some changes and are hoping this will do it. It may be a problem with incompatible language character settings on the server end, where something perhaps doesn't understand a character and throws the whole thing out.  We're hoping this change will also remedy that.

We're determined to figure this out, and thank you so much for being so kind to help us with it!
