If you're having difficulty with the site software...

Please don't feel like you're doing something wrong...you're not!

The software will be changing over the next few months.  The site was started with already available packages which we put together (the Community and Circles areas), to which we've added our own Free Pattern Wizard.  Over the next few months, we'll be replacing the Community and Circles with our own software, which will offer much better functionality and will be easier to use and much faster.  (We'll also be offering other features, as well.)

In the meantime, if there's something that doesn't seem to make sense, feel free to ask publicly or privately.  Some of the third-party software is self-explanatory, but some things are very, very difficult and they give us fits, too (which is why we're intent on replacing them!).  The Photo Albums, for instance, aren't very easy to use and we frequently end up fighting with them ourselves.  (They'll be one of the first things to be changed over to the new software.)

We want the site to be fun to use, not a fight or a learning curve!
