So happy you were able to find beadwork again...and again! It's addictive, isn't it?
How ingenious you were to figure out how to do loom stitch off-loom! I bet that beaded hatband turned out wonderfully.
A beaded vulture pattern...so fascinating! I hope you'll post pics when you're done, or even of your work in progress. Sure, vultures aren't what most people would request, but what a way to do something innovative!
It sounds like such a complex piece and I'd love to see it!
And how cool about your grandfurbabies, plus your fur & feather kids.

Yes, each rectangle is a stitch.
If you're crocheting, you would start at the bottom and read your first row after chaining from right to left, then the following row is read left to right.

I'll try making some larger ones, it's just puff stitches, so it'll be easy to make the pads larger..
Don't know about colors though.. They be easy to tell apart just by the size.. But it's a good idea anyway

I just found this site. I've been crocheting for a few years. I would like to attempt a picture afghan in memory of my father that passed away in August. If successful, I would give it to my mother and make smaller ones for my children and grandson.
Yes, I often used to tell people not to worry about trying to do it left handed, just do it your way, and I'll convert it.
Usually, that worked just fine. I guess we leftys are just used to it because we've always had to do it. I don't know.
Yes, technology has progressed a ton. While there are a lot of videos specifically for left-handed users, I usually don't even watch those. I still watch the right-handed ones. Strange that.
