New! Caron One Pound, Caron Simply Soft and Herrschners 2-Ply Afghan palettes - thank you to BetwixtTheStitch!
New! The Herrschner's Worsted Palette - thank you to BetwixtTheStitch!
New! We've just added the palette for Deborah Norville Everyday Yarn! If you knit and/or crochet, this is for you. This is a beautiful yarn with a nice feel to it, a good alternative in worsted weight acrylic! (Thank you again to BetwixtTheStitch!)
New! The Red Heart Super Saver Palette - thank you to BetwixtTheStitch!
Welcome to Stitchboard! Feel free to sit and stay awhile. Check out our new Premier features. In addition to the ability to create larger patterns (up to 500 stitches wide), illusion knitting and private labeling (no more worries about editing those pesky and messy PDFs), we've just introduced Filet Crochet, our most popular request! We have many more features planned, too!

This small but very large update corrects a manual color choosing bug.
Previously, when you chose "I will select my colors" in section 5, the program sometimes inserted black colors into the pattern instead of the proper one(s).
It happened with Miyuki bead colors, a couple DMC floss colors, a few Lion Brand Wool-Ease yarn colors, and a couple Madeira floss colors.
This new version corrects the problem.
Welcome!
We haven't limited any of the palettes and at this time aren't planning to. So specifically, you don't need a Premier membership to choose your colors, and as a Stitchboard member, your membership includes the maximum number of colors available (as opposed to a non-member). Out of approximately 70 features, the great majority are free; at this time we really only have about 5 Premier features (LOL, depending on if you count 300 and 500 stitches across as one or two), plus the full package.
To see at a glance what features we have, here's a link to our handy-dandy feature comparison page:

I just posted a new tutorial on my blog - Design Your Own Knit Cowl.
It would be very helpful to me if people would give feedback and suggestions on how I can make these types of tutorials better, or easier, for stitchers.
I am unable to do video tutorials as I do not have the equipment, or space, to do that.
Thank you so much!
Debbie,
Thank you...I never knew there were so many different spool knitters made back then, and I'm so surprised they haven't really made a comeback!
The pictures sure do bring back memories.

Patti,
Welcome!
So glad you
found us and that our program works for you!
PWAT is
absolutely amazing. I do enjoy bead crochet, but prefer to work in
peyote and the PWAT technique is such a find! LOL, what did we
beaders ever do without it?
I'm so sorry to
hear about the pain...is it arthritis?
Feel free to post
pics of your work anytime! It doesn't matter which craft...beading,
cake artistry...we just love to drool!
Welcome!
