New! Caron One Pound, Caron Simply Soft and Herrschners 2-Ply Afghan palettes - thank you to BetwixtTheStitch!
New! The Herrschner's Worsted Palette - thank you to BetwixtTheStitch!
New! We've just added the palette for Deborah Norville Everyday Yarn! If you knit and/or crochet, this is for you. This is a beautiful yarn with a nice feel to it, a good alternative in worsted weight acrylic! (Thank you again to BetwixtTheStitch!)
New! The Red Heart Super Saver Palette - thank you to BetwixtTheStitch!
Welcome to Stitchboard! Feel free to sit and stay awhile. Check out our new Premier features. In addition to the ability to create larger patterns (up to 500 stitches wide), illusion knitting and private labeling (no more worries about editing those pesky and messy PDFs), we've just introduced Filet Crochet, our most popular request! We have many more features planned, too!

I'm motivated on this one to finish it. My husband had a stroke last year and it makes you realize how precious time is. I'll probably just take it to Michaels to have it framed. We used to have a really good framing shop in town, but it closed a couple of years ago. So here's an updated picture...the first picture was taken about two weeks ago. I'll post it again after I get it finished.
Patti,
Sorry about that. I caught this and corrected it last night so it should work fine. You apparently tried it between the time I did the update in the morning and when I made the later correction to the database last night.
RedHeart Super Saver was actually the only palette that still had a manual color problem after my update.
Let me know if you still have problems with RedHeart.
Terry
Susie,
Welcome!
Glad you find our program will be useful to work with your artwork!
Feel free to share pics of your work anytime, even if it isn't stitched or wasn't created with the freePatternWizard...we just love to drool!
BTW, if you drew your own avatar, it's AMAZING!
George,
Welcome!
If you have a good image of an American flag, you could try putting it through the freePatternWizard. The formats of gif and png are best for this, jpg is not generally recommended, since the colors don't tend to stay "true," as they can get smudgy and give undesired results.
If you don't want to graph the pattern, perhaps you can get one for free...I do know Lion Brand has a freebie, but I have to warn you, the stars are sewn on:

I haven't seen anything in searches that doesn't have sewn on stars.
Hello,
I just joined this site and I was wondering if anyone would be able to help me find a counted cross stitch pattern of an ornate cross. I was commissioned by my mom to create a pattern that includes a cross and the Lord's Prayer. I would prefer that the pattern be free. Any links that you know of would be great.
Many thanks!
