New! Caron One Pound, Caron Simply Soft and Herrschners 2-Ply Afghan palettes - thank you to BetwixtTheStitch!
New! The Herrschner's Worsted Palette - thank you to BetwixtTheStitch!
New! We've just added the palette for Deborah Norville Everyday Yarn! If you knit and/or crochet, this is for you. This is a beautiful yarn with a nice feel to it, a good alternative in worsted weight acrylic! (Thank you again to BetwixtTheStitch!)
New! The Red Heart Super Saver Palette - thank you to BetwixtTheStitch!
Welcome to Stitchboard! Feel free to sit and stay awhile. Check out our new Premier features. In addition to the ability to create larger patterns (up to 500 stitches wide), illusion knitting and private labeling (no more worries about editing those pesky and messy PDFs), we've just introduced Filet Crochet, our most popular request! We have many more features planned, too!

I am new to the beading world and want to make keychains that are no wider than 14-20 seed beads across and no more than 25-30 in height. My problem is i am trying to upload a picture of a nfl team logo and be able to make these keychains withouth the logo being unrecognizeable. Any suggestiions would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
I have been trying all I can think of to make a pattern from a pdf that contains lines of words but am finding it impossible. All that words come out of the image upon converion as gibberish...totally unreadable. I can provide examples if you need but I don't have a way I can see of attaching them here. Any helpful hints? Thanks! Kathy
Has this option been removed? I am logged in and do not see it. I have created patterns here before and had that option. I no longer see it.
Melanie,
I'm with you there, most of the time I'd rather leave the tv off too.
But as soon as others come into the room, they feel a need to turn it on. Luckily I developed the ability to tune it out many years ago.

Shaleigh,
Thank you for posting
such awesome pictures! It's looking great already...and that's
a fantastic idea, to highlight the parts you've already done.
Especially with something so large, you need to know where you've
already worked.
I much prefer stitching
without a hoop. It was likewise odd for me, too, when I first
started without one, but eventually it became second nature and was
kind of freeing to work sans a hoop!
Please feel free
to keep posting pictures of your progress...it's so nice to follow
along with you!
