New! Caron One Pound, Caron Simply Soft and Herrschners 2-Ply Afghan palettes - thank you to BetwixtTheStitch!
New! The Herrschner's Worsted Palette - thank you to BetwixtTheStitch!
New! We've just added the palette for Deborah Norville Everyday Yarn! If you knit and/or crochet, this is for you. This is a beautiful yarn with a nice feel to it, a good alternative in worsted weight acrylic! (Thank you again to BetwixtTheStitch!)
New! The Red Heart Super Saver Palette - thank you to BetwixtTheStitch!
Welcome to Stitchboard! Feel free to sit and stay awhile. Check out our new Premier features. In addition to the ability to create larger patterns (up to 500 stitches wide), illusion knitting and private labeling (no more worries about editing those pesky and messy PDFs), we've just introduced Filet Crochet, our most popular request! We have many more features planned, too!

Hi, I'm new too. Just stubbled across this site and thought i'd give it a try. I was taught cross stitching by my aunt when I was 13, and still loving it! I hope I can figure out the pattern generator though. LOL Oh, btw my name is Alli and it is nice to meet you.
Am a newbiw to the site. I taught myself to crochet 20yrs ago. So glad i did have made a few toys. But would like to do a graph.
Melanie,
I could do that.. I actually thought of something.. I have these cones with a wool/silk blend.. So I thought of doing my project with 2 strands.. But I'm not sure if I will have enough yarn then.. And as you know, if I buy the same color again, then there might be a slight difference in the color anyway.. o.O
So I'm thinking of buying 2 new cones (just because you can never get enough yarn)..
Well.. We'll have to see about that.. I have to find a color that I like first.. :p
Hugs,
Line

Secoya,
LOL, I know you're not
exaggerating, because I suffer from the same addiction
disease!
Your friend
is apparently a genius! Ha, I think of all of the problems I could
have avoided...and didn't...because I didn't read the instructions
first.

Hi, All.I'm at the tail end of testing about 27 fixes but
thought I'd start turning on a few additions/corrections.This
version now shows the yarn manufacturer name on the word chart
cover sheets. Before this it always showed "Palette used:
Stitchboard Word Chart" but now shows the manufacturer.I hope to
finish the testing on the next group of updates very
soon.Terry
