New! Caron One Pound, Caron Simply Soft and Herrschners 2-Ply Afghan palettes - thank you to BetwixtTheStitch!
New! The Herrschner's Worsted Palette - thank you to BetwixtTheStitch!
New! We've just added the palette for Deborah Norville Everyday Yarn! If you knit and/or crochet, this is for you. This is a beautiful yarn with a nice feel to it, a good alternative in worsted weight acrylic! (Thank you again to BetwixtTheStitch!)
New! The Red Heart Super Saver Palette - thank you to BetwixtTheStitch!
Welcome to Stitchboard! Feel free to sit and stay awhile. Check out our new Premier features. In addition to the ability to create larger patterns (up to 500 stitches wide), illusion knitting and private labeling (no more worries about editing those pesky and messy PDFs), we've just introduced Filet Crochet, our most popular request! We have many more features planned, too!

Thank you for the kind words Sherry. I will admit, this is by far the most difficult project I've tackled yet.
this is the picture I am trying to do. I do it on ansi c. it works out ok. But I need to make the colors brighter so I can see the pattern. Ansi c gives me 4 pages. Thank you
Awesome! Thank you so much!
I love the idea of covering up old pillows with nice covers! Here and there I'll find a pillow at a garage sale or something that really is pretty hideous or just worn out. It's a great idea to cover them with crochet!
A few hours per night isn't long at all to get such great results! And I think the custom pillow form from cheap cotton is an ingenious idea. IMO, using stuffing would be prohibitively expensive, and I'm not sure why pillow forms are likewise expensive! Another thing...could you use things like old blankets and clothing for pillow forms?
The hibiscus square is a great one for a tropical feel in particular, as well as a pleasing look overall!

I thought it might be fun to do a video of a project developing. I started out taking a picture bead by bead, but quickly discovered that was crazy. So I just did row by row. I FINALLY got done. It turned out a little more muddy than I would have liked, but I'm generally pleased. I'm gettting framed and donating it to a local wolf rescue facility that I volunteer with for a silent auction.
