New! Caron One Pound, Caron Simply Soft and Herrschners 2-Ply Afghan palettes - thank you to BetwixtTheStitch!
New! The Herrschner's Worsted Palette - thank you to BetwixtTheStitch!
New! We've just added the palette for Deborah Norville Everyday Yarn! If you knit and/or crochet, this is for you. This is a beautiful yarn with a nice feel to it, a good alternative in worsted weight acrylic! (Thank you again to BetwixtTheStitch!)
New! The Red Heart Super Saver Palette - thank you to BetwixtTheStitch!
Welcome to Stitchboard! Feel free to sit and stay awhile. Check out our new Premier features. In addition to the ability to create larger patterns (up to 500 stitches wide), illusion knitting and private labeling (no more worries about editing those pesky and messy PDFs), we've just introduced Filet Crochet, our most popular request! We have many more features planned, too!

Hello I am new to stitchboard and I have been reading about the plans for the c2c pattern method however the responses that CV I have found was back in 2017. I was just wondering if there is a recent update on the suggestion.
Hello!
I have done graphgans before, but I am new to making my own pattern. I created a pattern, and I realize it is supposed to be done in single crochet, but I am wondering if I can convert it to half double crochet. Would I need to do double the stitches across in this case?
Thanks!!
Good sleuthing, Melanie. I would have done it, but just haven't been feeling so great this past month or so.
Great looking cookies ... good thing I'm back on a keto diet these days ... lol.
Line,
Hee hee, that's so me! I would definitely be doing that. If our old washer broke down and we had to have a new one, why settle for something without a wool program? We'd be spending the money, anyway!
Oh, I didn't know it turned off the...agitation? That actually makes sense.
It probably really helps to make the settings yourself. That's what I'd want to do!
LOL, true...if you didn't make it and she laughed it off, anyway, then it was perfectly good for you to get a better laugh out of it!
You're so right...when they're small, of course it doesn't take a long time to make a sweater like that, but at 14-15 years old, they'll need larger clothes that will take longer to make! Especially if they get big quickly, which can happen!
Hugs,
Melanie
That was very informative it definately helped! The weight of the yarn is going to be the same, just a different color. I had used 20 stitches and now I would have to pick up 10 stitches for the new color.

Debbie,
Sigh. It's gone, guessing you're right, the account has been taken down. On the bright side, the page can still be seen here:

Sadly, the PDF is not available anymore. But I do believe the tutorial is good enough to be used without having the PDF...the photos look great even for a non-baker like me!
