New! Caron One Pound, Caron Simply Soft and Herrschners 2-Ply Afghan palettes - thank you to BetwixtTheStitch!
New! The Herrschner's Worsted Palette - thank you to BetwixtTheStitch!
New! We've just added the palette for Deborah Norville Everyday Yarn! If you knit and/or crochet, this is for you. This is a beautiful yarn with a nice feel to it, a good alternative in worsted weight acrylic! (Thank you again to BetwixtTheStitch!)
New! The Red Heart Super Saver Palette - thank you to BetwixtTheStitch!
Welcome to Stitchboard! Feel free to sit and stay awhile. Check out our new Premier features. In addition to the ability to create larger patterns (up to 500 stitches wide), illusion knitting and private labeling (no more worries about editing those pesky and messy PDFs), we've just introduced Filet Crochet, our most popular request! We have many more features planned, too!

Hello,
Thank you for checking on all of that, I do appreciate it.
I took my initial patterns to a local award winning needlecraft lady for feedback and I'd basically been creating advanced level patterns so now I'm trying to simplify my designs. So lots more learning.
Many thanks again.
Hi,
Do you mean the rows added to keep the work proportional when it's re-sized? If so, I have an upcoming version that will allow you to enter the number of stitches across and rows down if you want. I've been using this new (upcoming) feature to create patterns for an artist and it works well. It will also allow you to simply turn off the automatic adjustment if you want. Again, these two features have been tested quite a bit and are coming soon.
I HOPE these two can be implemented in an update in January. I'm finishing up some other testing and am trying to add several new things at the same time.
If this is not what you're talking about, let me know.
Terry
You're so welcome!
I have 4 stitches per inch and two rows per inch I would like my total number of stitches to be 244 across what number do I put in for stitches. I tried 62 but if I enlarge the pattern (on screen) I can't tell what it is so I am afraid it won't look correct enlarged on the blanket. I have been trying to figure this out for over a month and it is driving me crazy. I feel it should be very simple. Help???

Secoya,
