do you know what size image would be good for beaded banners any help you can give would well appreciated. I do not know how to use this i am having trouble with number 6 which would would be the best option any help you can give me would be well appreciated
First of all hi everyone ., it's good to be here, I'm 35 from Essex in England and a mummy to 4 beautiful children, I'm a very keen crocheter and have completed many tasks from baby clothes cardigans bonnets Afghan/ blankets etc but never have I ever tried graph crochet .... now my youngest sister has just gave birth to my niece ... was looking for a nice unusual gift to crochet for my sister in my free time ... accidentally but very gratefully came across this site... and I'm loving what I have seen so far! I've decided to attempt to do an affhan/blanket using my nieces photo. I've created a pattern with the magical tool here (oh my god it's amazing!!!) but now I'm stuck lol ... I'm unsure on what size hook & yarn to use to get a decent size afghan once finished ... any help would be very much appreciated ... Thankyou in advance ... nicola x
I live permanently on the road in a Matilda Bradstreet motorhome with my beloved spouse. He has given up complaining about the amount of wools and cottons I have stashed. I tend to knit and crochet dishcloths and face cloths as thank-you gifts and for raffle prizes, I make hats for friends and their children and sometimes I even manage to make clothing for myself. We don't like the cold so we tend to stay in tropical areas in Winter. I really need to check out the cotton blends for tee-shirts etc.

You may want to
look at sites that provide free clip art for personal use. Since
you're not looking to make patterns to sell, my guess is there are
people who have such clip art and would be happy to let you use it
for your project.
Even better, if
you can draw your own, then no need to use other people's clip art!

is indicated by two triangular arrows, one in the top margin on the
page in question, pointing down, and the other pointing to the
right, which will be located in the left-hand margin of the page
where the center of the pattern is.
