New! Caron One Pound, Caron Simply Soft and Herrschners 2-Ply Afghan palettes - thank you to BetwixtTheStitch!
New! The Herrschner's Worsted Palette - thank you to BetwixtTheStitch!
New! We've just added the palette for Deborah Norville Everyday Yarn! If you knit and/or crochet, this is for you. This is a beautiful yarn with a nice feel to it, a good alternative in worsted weight acrylic! (Thank you again to BetwixtTheStitch!)
New! The Red Heart Super Saver Palette - thank you to BetwixtTheStitch!
Welcome to Stitchboard! Feel free to sit and stay awhile. Check out our new Premier features. In addition to the ability to create larger patterns (up to 500 stitches wide), illusion knitting and private labeling (no more worries about editing those pesky and messy PDFs), we've just introduced Filet Crochet, our most popular request! We have many more features planned, too!

I started just knitting something small that my partner helped me to get started. I suspect that it will end up being a scarf. It is about 14" wide, and I will figure out how long, after I run out of wool.
Hi all.
I'm new here and a baby in the crochet world.
I live in Suriname. That's in South America. My main language is Dutch.
But i taught myself crochet in English through YouTube.
I'm 37, married and have a son.
Debbie,
So happy you don't have to give up knitting entirely. I have fond memories of loom knitting...my first loom was many years ago, something called the "Apple Pie Knitter," and I made Barbie clothes with it. I've often thought of trying to build my own loom of a similar size to the Apple Pie Knitter, so I can try to recreate the enjoyment of making doll skirts on a loom. Oh, the memories!
Ok here is what I have for the graph part. I haven't added the extra row of knitting in between the knit and purl because I kept getting messed up with them added in. I'll be adding them in when I get to the knitting part. Can you tell me if its correct?
yeah you mentioned your wedding anniversary was during the long thanks giving weekend and happy thanks giving have a good one
