v2.13.11 Fixed a small bug relating to making changes

I just fixed a small bug that could possibly have caused problems with a few browsers when someone chose to make changes to settings.  Some browsers may not have responded properly to the "Change Setting" button.

Most should have been ok but this will also prevent problems in the future as I begin more development.
