Hi my name is Regina (Regi) for short. I have been crocheting since the age of 8 and taught myself to knit at the age of 11. I found this site from a group on FB. I have crocheted using graphs way back before I had ever heard of it. My first project was a big one 300 stitches by 300. It was the Purdue Train logo if anyone knows college football. Grin

My husband and well I were big fans when Drew Breeze was their quarterback. I had made the afghan for my husband and it turned out great. I am know getting ready to tackle an Indianapolis Colts afghan as a surprise for him (that is is I don;t decide to keep it for myself! LOL. I was thrilled when I was led to this site. I've been using PCStitch to create my patterns, It's ok but a few hiccups when trying to generate for crochet. Anyway just wanted to say hi and thank you for the wonderful site.

Welcome!

So glad you've found us and that we can help you with your pattern graphs! Wow, I can't imagine a 300x300 stitch piece as a beginner...that's huge and you're amazing! How long did it take to make that pattern?
