Jaycee,

Oh, drool!  I love them in both the gold and the silver!  The gold is sunlit lace, the silver is frosty/wintery to me...outstanding!  I bet they sparkle even more when you see them in person!  Smiley

Mel
thanks for your comments! I like the gold one (i'm not a silver person), but it's always good to show at least two colorways.
This forum seems very quiet??

Jaycee,

I'm not a silver person, either (in general), but the silver colorway of Inca Sun would definitely be something I'd want to make!  It's almost monochromatic...and when done as nicely as this, it's irresistible!  Smiley

Yes, the message area is currently relatively quiet.  We've had some comments from people who were confused about how to post and reply.  The good news...over the next couple months we're bringing up a whole new Community and Circles area, at which time we'll be publicizing it quite a bit.  Smiley  As we continue to renovate/rewrite the entire site, you'll see many changes.  We'll also be implementing some pretty major additions that will  bring in lots of new members.  The new Community and Circles will operate much faster, and will be much easier to figure out.

Hugs,

HI!!!

I am brand new to this site. I am a weaver by hand in beading. Not so much a stringer, although I have done some.

I am always glad to make new friends, share patterns, and info. I hope I can find my way around this site!

Well, thats it for now...

Totally Addicted to beads!

Hi, and welcome from a fellow bead addict!  Smile

If you have any difficulty finding your way around the site, please don't hesitate to let us know!

I'm also a weaver.  I much prefer weaving to stringing.  I know it takes infinitely more time, groan, and that stringing generally produces instant gratification, but I particularly enjoy making things that can often be quite intricate.  Smile  Personally, I find that's preferable to instant gratification, because I simply can't do the same thing with stringing.

If you have pictures of what you've done, we'd love to see them, so please don't hesitate to post them in a photo album.  Smile

Do you have a favorite beadweaving stitch?  (Mine is peyote.)

Enjoy, and I'm so glad you posted!  Smile
