Hello, Ladies and Gentlemen I am new to stitchboard. I love to crochet and consider myself to be an intermediate levelish crochet. Knitting is not my strong suit but I can cast on and off and do simple knit and purl stitches. Using the knit stitch I have managed to make a small pillow but that is about as good as I have done with that. I am looking forward to seeing everyone in the forums! Forgive me for the puntuaction and grammar errors

As for knitting, woo hoo, you know everything there is to know; all knitting is a variation of basic knit and purl stitches, so since you have those two in your repertoire, you know everything!
