New! Caron One Pound, Caron Simply Soft and Herrschners 2-Ply Afghan palettes - thank you to BetwixtTheStitch!
New! The Herrschner's Worsted Palette - thank you to BetwixtTheStitch!
New! We've just added the palette for Deborah Norville Everyday Yarn! If you knit and/or crochet, this is for you. This is a beautiful yarn with a nice feel to it, a good alternative in worsted weight acrylic! (Thank you again to BetwixtTheStitch!)
New! The Red Heart Super Saver Palette - thank you to BetwixtTheStitch!
Welcome to Stitchboard! Feel free to sit and stay awhile. Check out our new Premier features. In addition to the ability to create larger patterns (up to 500 stitches wide), illusion knitting and private labeling (no more worries about editing those pesky and messy PDFs), we've just introduced Filet Crochet, our most popular request! We have many more features planned, too!

Thank You so much! Yes - it is a word chart - the words Star Wars.......
Lynn,
Welcome!
Thanks for letting us know. We'll have to contact Lion Brand about this, as they'll know if there are substitutions for the line. We may unfortunately need to remove that palette if too many colors have been discontinued.
In the meantime, how about using the Stitchboard Basic Palette instead? It has very basic colors in it, as we discovered the full palette had more colors than there were yarn choices. If we remove the Wool-Ease palette you'd likely have to work with a different yarn, but you'd have a better chance of finding the colors you need in another line of yarn/another company's palette.
I'm so sorry...you must be very frustrated. It's always irritating to discover that a company's products have been discontinued, particularly in the fiber area, because then substitutions need to be made. Worse, because if you don't find an equal fiber in size, type and color, you're starting again from scratch. I feel your pain! I've been there myself in the discontinued fiber position, and no matter what, using substitutions for fibers can be a letdown.
Karina,
Welcome!
Yes, you're correct..."standard" is a single crochet. I've thought of changing it; however, right now it's readable by people in the UK (and Australia) as well as the US. By designating a name for the stitch, it's likely to be confusing if we pick one (in the UK and Australia, they call single crochets "double crochets," so we call it "standard" to avoid confusion. I'll have to think about a way to make it more clear, but for now, know that "standard" is single crochet in the US, in this case.
I still did not received my pattern after your trying to send twice.
