New! Caron One Pound, Caron Simply Soft and Herrschners 2-Ply Afghan palettes - thank you to BetwixtTheStitch!

New!  The Herrschner's Worsted Palette - thank you to BetwixtTheStitch!

New!  We've just added the palette for Deborah Norville Everyday Yarn!  If you knit and/or crochet, this is for you.  This is a beautiful yarn with a nice feel to it, a good alternative in worsted weight acrylic!  (Thank you again to BetwixtTheStitch!)

New!  The Red Heart Super Saver Palette - thank you to BetwixtTheStitch!

Welcome to Stitchboard!  Feel free to sit and stay awhile.  Check out our new Premier features.  In addition to the ability to create larger patterns (up to 500 stitches wide), illusion knitting and private labeling (no more worries about editing those pesky and messy PDFs), we've just introduced Filet Crochet, our most popular request!  We have many more features planned, too!  Laughing

I got the hat done, 🙌 but here's the weird thing, I made the hat with the adult size, followed the pattern directly ( 96 stitches) and I couldn't get it on my head. But the one I made for (who is six) could fit it on perfectly. 🙅Weird huh?😒. I'm trying to add a picture but my new computer istnt letting me put one on unfortunately.

Melanie,

YES... One exam should be enough.. :p
And yes, I have two exams in math.. Both written and oral..

I love the oral ones since I can talk my way out of almost everything..
Some are better with the written ones.. The problem with the oral exams are that on C level you only have 40 minutes to prepare for the exam.. On the other side you usually just have to answer three questions and you have 10 minutes to do that, and then 12 minutes where you have to discuss the topic with you teacher and censor.. On B level you have 24 hours to prepare yourself, 10-15 mins to explain your work, and then again 10-12 minutes where you are discussing your paper with the teacher and censor.
On A level you have 48 mins to prepare and the same time as on the B level to explain your work.. :p
The written exams are ususally 4-6 hours..

All my exams this year are on C level, except for 2.. History and psychology which are on B level..

Can't wait till I'm done..

I have written you another PM, about the education system.. Not sure if it's smart that i write what I do in an open forum :p haha

Hi, My name is Bonnie (Nanny)

I have just started with Switchboard. I am trying to download a photo but apparently it has to be converted to .jpeg and I don't know how to do that.  I am hoping once I figure that out then i can verify the size requirements. I just want a pillow size graph and I am really hoping someone can help me with converting from RTF to .jpeg. Thank you.

I posted three FREE crochet patterns for Kindle for today...grab them before they're gone!  (Note: you do not need to have an actual Kindle.  If you have a smartphone, you can download a Kindle reader app for FREE...if all you have is a PC, you can download to your PC...and I believe there may also be a way now of completely bypassing any kind of reader app to read directly online - though please don't quote me on that, as I'm not sure.  I find the PC reader to be quite decent for pattern content...since I don't own a Kindle, I can't say how well it works...but I would think a smaller screen would make patterns kind of difficult to read.)
