New! Caron One Pound, Caron Simply Soft and Herrschners 2-Ply Afghan palettes - thank you to BetwixtTheStitch!
New! The Herrschner's Worsted Palette - thank you to BetwixtTheStitch!
New! We've just added the palette for Deborah Norville Everyday Yarn! If you knit and/or crochet, this is for you. This is a beautiful yarn with a nice feel to it, a good alternative in worsted weight acrylic! (Thank you again to BetwixtTheStitch!)
New! The Red Heart Super Saver Palette - thank you to BetwixtTheStitch!
Welcome to Stitchboard! Feel free to sit and stay awhile. Check out our new Premier features. In addition to the ability to create larger patterns (up to 500 stitches wide), illusion knitting and private labeling (no more worries about editing those pesky and messy PDFs), we've just introduced Filet Crochet, our most popular request! We have many more features planned, too!

Hi, SCooper74,
A 500 error is something that comes from our servers and is not a program error or something you're doing wrong. A server is saying it's busy doing something like backing up, updating operating software, or other technical operation.
I would recommend trying things again and see if it's ok. A 500 error is usually only a temporary issue and should be a rare occurrence. If it continues then I need to look into it more.
So try again and let me know if you still have issues.

Yes, I am crocheting a pattern using embroidery floss and my pattern calls for SIXTY different colors! You need to be an octopus to keep all of those bobbins straight. I enjoy a challenge but this project is beating me up. That's why I'm calling out for reinforcements and back up.
Silvertiger,
Love it! Is that your cat in your pic? Too cute, whoever that is! I find cats to be completely irresistible.
You've been upgraded! Also note that if you want to make even larger patterns, you can pay only $4.99 for one year to get almost twice what you're getting now...instead of up to 300 stitches across, you'd get up to 500! To get this premier feature, go to "patterns/premier features" in the menu.

Is there a way when creating a pattern to tell it to create as a square as the Pattern always comes out as a rectangle. I am using Tunisian Simple Stitch with a size N hook and I want to create a square so I can use as a cushion cover.
Thank You
