New! The Herrschner's Worsted Palette - thank you to BetwixtTheStitch!
New! We've just added the palette for Deborah Norville Everyday Yarn! If you knit and/or crochet, this is for you. This is a beautiful yarn with a nice feel to it, a good alternative in worsted weight acrylic! (Thank you again to BetwixtTheStitch!)
New! The Red Heart Super Saver Palette - thank you to BetwixtTheStitch!
Welcome to Stitchboard! Feel free to sit and stay awhile. Check out our new Premier features. In addition to the ability to create larger patterns (up to 500 stitches wide), illusion knitting and private labeling (no more worries about editing those pesky and messy PDFs), we've just introduced Filet Crochet, our most popular request! We have many more features planned, too!

Hi,
I created a geometric crochet pattern in Excel using a single cells. I used Snip & Sketch to make a copy of it and save it as a jpg. The image doesn't have the row numbers or column letters included. As far as I can tell, you can't see the lines in the graph either. When I upload it to the wizard, it changes each cell into two or three rows. Why does it do that? How do I prevent that from happening?
Gosh! Well, keep trying, everything will work out, even if it sure does not feel like it right now. It would look nice side-by-side, but of course right now it is out of the question. I love to know that you are watching my progress, and you can always do it as soon as you get material. Thank you, and if you do ever start please post pictures!
Example i started learning the basics to the flat even count peyote stitching but cant seem to find a simple but challenging design to start out with.....before i even get close to finishing the project it doesnt turn out anything like the pictures....so i started to browse youtube to double check myself and watched some different tutorials & i have all the right steps down, but still cant seem to get it just right please help......also im interested in learniing other stitches as well
what stitches did you start after mastering peyote
And so on ETC.
THANKS IN ADVANCE
I have figured out how to get the colors I want for the picture I've uploaded. Now my question is, I want to do a corner to corner or a graph-afghan, I'm not sure what stitch the graphing suggests. Is it single stitch? Could I just do a C2C on my own with the graph, would it line up the right way? I'm sorry if this sounds confusing haha
im teaching myself how to read graphs. so thank you and im sure ill have many
