New! Caron One Pound, Caron Simply Soft and Herrschners 2-Ply Afghan palettes - thank you to BetwixtTheStitch!
New! The Herrschner's Worsted Palette - thank you to BetwixtTheStitch!
New! We've just added the palette for Deborah Norville Everyday Yarn! If you knit and/or crochet, this is for you. This is a beautiful yarn with a nice feel to it, a good alternative in worsted weight acrylic! (Thank you again to BetwixtTheStitch!)
New! The Red Heart Super Saver Palette - thank you to BetwixtTheStitch!
Welcome to Stitchboard! Feel free to sit and stay awhile. Check out our new Premier features. In addition to the ability to create larger patterns (up to 500 stitches wide), illusion knitting and private labeling (no more worries about editing those pesky and messy PDFs), we've just introduced Filet Crochet, our most popular request! We have many more features planned, too!

While I may not have been posting, I have done some stitching, on and off. I usually either put most of my free time into it or none at all. I have also periodically taken pictures, so I thought that I would post the progression from since I last uploaded.
Tanya,
You're so welcome!
I really wish there were better color choices for yarns. It's such a disappointment to look at what's available and realize so many colors are seriously unrepresented. If only cost weren't such an issue!
my name is Freubs and I', from The Netherlands. I crochet now since a few years, I learned it myself. Now I'm addicted to c2c and I hope this community learns me how to design a blanket.
Thanks to Debbie, member StitchMeKnot, we've now got a new area here for requesting beta testers. Ultimately this general board will suffice for those who want to discuss non-stitching crafts, multi crafts, etc. Since most crafters like to do more than one craft, this will facilitate bringing discussions of different crafts together.
Neave,
Yuck, she sounds like she has a mental problem! If she was going to find some way to get it cheaper, then she should have gone elsewhere and left you alone. The world doesn't exist only for her! She had no right to demand a cheaper price.
I bet when someone asks her for something, she'll only do it if she gets paid a lot. No, it doesn't work that way! Some people have a lot of gall.

"I will try to keep doing monthly updates" she said...
Well that turned out great.

The latest picture is where I am today
before starting to stitch again after almost 3 months of not
touching it. I am resigned to the fact that I will probably be 80
by the time I finish this. But it is fun to do, so I soldier
on.
