New! Caron One Pound, Caron Simply Soft and Herrschners 2-Ply Afghan palettes - thank you to BetwixtTheStitch!
New! The Herrschner's Worsted Palette - thank you to BetwixtTheStitch!
New! We've just added the palette for Deborah Norville Everyday Yarn! If you knit and/or crochet, this is for you. This is a beautiful yarn with a nice feel to it, a good alternative in worsted weight acrylic! (Thank you again to BetwixtTheStitch!)
New! The Red Heart Super Saver Palette - thank you to BetwixtTheStitch!
Welcome to Stitchboard! Feel free to sit and stay awhile. Check out our new Premier features. In addition to the ability to create larger patterns (up to 500 stitches wide), illusion knitting and private labeling (no more worries about editing those pesky and messy PDFs), we've just introduced Filet Crochet, our most popular request! We have many more features planned, too!

Welcome!
We don't offer C2C as a feature at this time, as it's currently in development. Unfortunately, I don't have a time frame as to when it will become available, but please keep watching for it!
Line,
Yeah, that's a bit of a problem...if you really don't like a color, you're pretty much stuck with it until you repaint. And painting in the first place isn't cheap!
Fantastic idea about white with art! Sigh, that wouldn't work for me...I can't paint or draw to save my life. Even my stick figures suck.
I was kind of worried about the lavender walls, to tell you the truth. I had always been told light colors should be used for everything, but I didn't want to go light. Not that I wanted to go bright red or anything, LOL, not a brothel , but a darker than very light purple or whatever...that's what I wanted to do.
There was a site that did have photos of different rooms in colors...I found a couple of tiny photos of the kind of color I was looking at, so I picked about a shade darker than I'd been thinking...and that's how I got my lavender walls! What I don't like about ultra light colors is they tend to look like other colors, such as gray. Sometimes it's impossible to tell the difference. Anyway, it worked out well. It's a bold color, but it's not so bold that it's annoying!
I want you to have a craft room...a beautiful one!
I'd be too much of a wimp to try dark colors in a bedroom. Though I've lived in two places that had, ugh, medium-dark brown on the walls. It wasn't fun. I never used to have a big problem with brown, but now I kind of do, after that.
Wow, those sweaters...the anorak! Love!
Are they all knitted? It looks like they are, but maybe I can't see them well enough to tell. Anyway, they're sooooo beautiful. Thank you so much for taking the pictures and posting them!
Jonna,
You've been upgraded!
I think what you're doing is lovely!
Let us know how it goes. LOL, I personally wouldn't be able to make something 250 stitches across in such a short time (hee hee, too short of an attention span), so I'm practically breaking out in hives at the thought! But I think it's wonderful that you can make this for someone who is so special to you.
Hi,
It's me again. I wrote to you back in December about word charts for peyote patterns. Has there been any progress with the word charts?
No I have a client who wants be to do her baby picture as well as my sister. She's trying to translate the pattern into words but it's very very slow going..
Is there any hope that word charts will be available soon? I've put off both projects in the hope that you'll get the word charts for peyote patterns up and runnung. I know you've got word charts for crochet (hhurray ) so I'm hoping peyote gets some priority attention. I have a line of people with pictures of all kinds that they want me to bead but without a word chart I can't do it.
Thank you and hope to hear from you with good news!!

rugeranddremmy,
Welcome!
The only image
we have at the moment is the small preview. We do have plans to
offer something that looks stitched in the future, though I'm sorry
to say it's not available at the moment.
