Hi Melanie,
I have a question about making your own Peyote pattern at Stitchboard.
When I've upload a photo to turn in a Peyote pattern, it works ,only I can't resize it for excample to make an bracelet. What am I doing wrong? or is is not possible to do that here on Stitchboard?

You're so welcome! It's always good to find a
tutorial that not only teaches, but leads to the reader being able
to design their own. 
Oh, yes, your sizing has to be perfect if you're not going to swatch, but if you don't swatch, then how can you get good sizing? It's hit or miss, and the chancees of getting it perfectly right aren't very good.
Such sage advice...and yet some designers don't want to do that much! I've downloaded a few patterns over the years that gave no gauge swatch. It's fine for things like stuffed toys, where a gauge isn't critical, but it doesn't work well for garments.
You've definitely written an easy to understand tutorial and I hope people will give this one a try!

The weight of the yarn is
going to be the same, just a different color. I had used 20
stitches and now I would have to pick up 10 stitches for the new
color.
Just a quick little update:
Thanks to some good input on the illusion knitting feature, I just updated the program so it now gives you a graph and word chart by default instead of just a graph.
Let us know what other enhancements you'd like to see in the illusion area!
