At this time, the 300 stitch upgrade is available as a Premier feature and we also have a 500 stitch upgrade available in the Premier package. The 300 stitch upgrade carries an introductory price of $2.99 for one year and the 500 stitch upgrade carries an introductory price of $4.99 for one year. (If you choose the 500 you don't also have to upgrade to the 300, as 300 is included in the 500.)

Let's see if it's possible to solve this quickly.
First of all, when you try to send your image, are you logged in? This is important, because if you're not logged in, you would be limiting yourself to only two file formats, and if you're using something other than those two, you'll get an error, even if we do support them when you're looged in.
Second, when you look the name at your image file, what are the last three letters after the dot? In other words, is it .jpg, .png, .doc, .pdf or something else? If your image is in an unsupported format, that can easily cause it not to work, and that's probably the most common possibility.
There are other possibilities, but let's start with the two most common ones.
