New! The Herrschner's Worsted Palette - thank you to BetwixtTheStitch!
New! We've just added the palette for Deborah Norville Everyday Yarn! If you knit and/or crochet, this is for you. This is a beautiful yarn with a nice feel to it, a good alternative in worsted weight acrylic! (Thank you again to BetwixtTheStitch!)
New! The Red Heart Super Saver Palette - thank you to BetwixtTheStitch!
Welcome to Stitchboard! Feel free to sit and stay awhile. Check out our new Premier features. In addition to the ability to create larger patterns (up to 500 stitches wide), illusion knitting and private labeling (no more worries about editing those pesky and messy PDFs), we've just introduced Filet Crochet, our most popular request! We have many more features planned, too!

Hello!
I'm having a hard time with the instructions on the pattern wizard. Is it a one to one ratio of boxes to stitches? That almost seems too simple haha. I tried to look, but are there any tips and tricks threads yet on this forum for following a Pattern Wizard pattern?
Thanks!
Edit: crochting if that makes a difference
Aletha,
We don't have a specific color palette for "I Love This Yarn," but we do add palettes as often as we can.
Hi there carolk69, welcome.
I think a lot of people tape them together. What I do take all the pages for the bottom rows and staple them into a booklet (much like a cross stitch pattern), then the pages for the next rows, and so on.
This way I'm working with just one booklet at a time, and it doesn't take over my space, or seem overwhelming.
Hope that helps a bit.
11th hour 11th day 11th month 1918 the guns fell silent for the last time from one former soldier to all the great british and great american heroes to honour the memory of all armed services who have paid the ultimate the ultimate sacrifice and gave their lives in ww1,ww2 and every conflict around the world since we salute all of you great British heroes and all of you great American heroes may you all rest in peace at the going down of the sun and at the rising of of the sun we will remember them lest we forget
Hi!
So glad I found this board!
I am in search of a wedding commemorative pattern that features the 1 Corinthians prayer from "Love is..." to "rejoices in the right," says "To commemorate the wedding of"... bride full name, groom full name and the wedding date.
I was hoping it would have flowers and geese in the pattern (a relative had one but it was done in the 1980s and I am not in contact with them anymore) but I am open to ideas. Despite the vast number of patterns out there in internet land, I cannot find anything.
Thanks,
Denise
