New! Caron One Pound, Caron Simply Soft and Herrschners 2-Ply Afghan palettes - thank you to BetwixtTheStitch!

New!  The Herrschner's Worsted Palette - thank you to BetwixtTheStitch!

New!  We've just added the palette for Deborah Norville Everyday Yarn!  If you knit and/or crochet, this is for you.  This is a beautiful yarn with a nice feel to it, a good alternative in worsted weight acrylic!  (Thank you again to BetwixtTheStitch!)

New!  The Red Heart Super Saver Palette - thank you to BetwixtTheStitch!

Welcome to Stitchboard!  Feel free to sit and stay awhile.  Check out our new Premier features.  In addition to the ability to create larger patterns (up to 500 stitches wide), illusion knitting and private labeling (no more worries about editing those pesky and messy PDFs), we've just introduced Filet Crochet, our most popular request!  We have many more features planned, too!  Laughing

Hi all,
Is there anyone who can post a chart they've made from a grayscale pic so I can see what they're supposed to look like? I have finally, after days of playing, printed my chart and word pattern and am now scared to start lol

Sherry,
This is absolutely amazing! Kiss Love, love, LOVE it! Kiss
What a brilliant idea, to use up scraps so efficiently. Kiss
Thank you so much for posting! KissKissKiss

Thank you Melanie,
I tried to make a photo album but I think the size of my pictures are too big. I'll try again later. I sent you an email with a photo in it, well, I sent you 2 emails. I remembered to put the photo in the second one lol.

Thank you.  Will do.  So far I made a pattern of Bob Marley, and a picture of 4 sheep standing in a small flock.  I got the yarn to start on the sheep picture, but I need some yarn for the Bob Marley. (One of my Nieces wants a crocheted picture of Bob Marley).

I'm getting ready to crochet a picture of Marilyn Monroe for my Sister, but I have one question.  Where did you get the numbers and names for your colors from your main menu?

Have you ever thought about adding a color palate from Red Heart Yarns, Vanna Choice Yarns, etc. in addition to the Lion Brand Woolese?  The Red Heart has a lot more colors.

I was looking at my Chart I made of Marilyn Monroe and looking at my list of Colors Used and I chose the Symbols; Color numbers as well as the Names of the Colors.  There's a part of Marilyn Monroe's hair where the hilights are and the symbol in those areas is a single Dot for the symbol, but the List of the colors does not reflect the Dots nor the color white.  The lightest color that shows is on the Color Legend is "Beaver Grey-Medium # 407.  Where does the name and number for your colors come from?

I posted one FREE soap making how-to book for Kindle for today...if you're interested, please grab it before it's gone!  (Note: you do not need to have an actual Kindle.  If you have a smartphone, you can download a Kindle reader app for FREE...if all you have is a PC, you can download to your PC...and I believe there may also be a way now of completely bypassing any kind of reader app to read directly online - though please don't quote me on that, as I'm not sure.  I find the PC reader to be quite decent for "how to" ebook content...since I don't own a Kindle, I can't say how well it works...but I would think a smaller screen would make a how-to book kind of difficult to read.)
