New! Caron One Pound, Caron Simply Soft and Herrschners 2-Ply Afghan palettes - thank you to BetwixtTheStitch!
New! The Herrschner's Worsted Palette - thank you to BetwixtTheStitch!
New! We've just added the palette for Deborah Norville Everyday Yarn! If you knit and/or crochet, this is for you. This is a beautiful yarn with a nice feel to it, a good alternative in worsted weight acrylic! (Thank you again to BetwixtTheStitch!)
New! The Red Heart Super Saver Palette - thank you to BetwixtTheStitch!
Welcome to Stitchboard! Feel free to sit and stay awhile. Check out our new Premier features. In addition to the ability to create larger patterns (up to 500 stitches wide), illusion knitting and private labeling (no more worries about editing those pesky and messy PDFs), we've just introduced Filet Crochet, our most popular request! We have many more features planned, too!

Hi All - I'm hoping someone can help!
I've bought a pattern to do a cross stitch but it is massive! I thought I could take a picture and run it through the wizard so that I can reduce the size but the gridlines are coming out on the pattern even though they are not visable to the naked eye. Does anybody know how to get rid of these or has anyone got a suggestion on how to reduce the pattern? Even using a 20 count Aida it's still too big.
Thanks in advance
The option won't be available if you've chosen to see
the pattern on-screen. It will only show in PDF.
Also, if you're not logged in, the option won't be
available.
Sherry,
Here are two links that show paper sizes and the number of crochet stitches that fit on each size page. If you're not doing crochet, the exact number that will fit will be different so you'll just have to try them.

Ansi Paper Sizes with information on how to use them
Let me know if you have questions and we'll try to help.
