Hi there!

This may not be the right category, but I was asked whether the Pattern Wizard can make patterns for crewel? If not, do you have any suggestions?

Hi, and welcome!

I'm sorry to say that the freePatternWizard doesn't currently work for crewel patterns. The closest it gets is counted cross stitch, which I know is far different (yes, I've done both). I'm not sure if crewel will ever be an option, which is to say that whatever might become a feature for the program must be something that can work in math...that's the way the programming side works. However, I'm not saying it's impossible, and I'm not an authority by any means on what will and won't work in math!

So that's the good news!

The best I can do is hand over your suggestion to Terry, e.g., Support, and see if there's something that can ultimately be done in that area.
