Hello, I have a problem.
By the production of Peyote pattern not all symbols are indicated.
Here an example.

Thank you for letting us know about the issue you're experiencing. We're aware of it and we do have some changes that have been made to peyote that will fix these issues, though they haven't been made live just yet. We're hoping to bring them live in the next few weeks, when testing of them has been completed.

The problem still exist. This is irretating. i have also paid so at now it is not to be used.

Hi.

There were several issues with Peyote and the next version of software fixes them.

Looking at your example, I think this was one of the problems solved in the next version.

As I just finished helping someone to solve a problem, I'll now be concentrating on completing the testing of the next version.  I'll see if I can complete this very soon.

We also discussed subscriptions and will be announcing an across-the-board extension of subscription expiration dates in the next couple days.  So far I know we'll be adding at least 5 months to everyone's subscriptions.  In other words, if your subscription currently expires in August, it will change to expire next January.  More about this soon.

So please know that I'm going to finish the testing and will be turning on a new version very soon.  I'll post again here once this is done.  You'll also see updates at the top of the freePatternWizard page.

Hi.

I'll finally be returning to bringing corrections live late June or early July.  I've had a lot of other work that I needed to finish first.  (Actually winding up the second to last item next week).

Anyway, two things. 

First, we'll be automatically extending subscriber expiration dates by several months, probably a full year.

Second, please let me know if you'd like to try the upcoming version.  It has several corrections in beading, including Peyote.  (Peyote had several issues which are corrected in the next version.)

Sorry for the long delay in getting this new version live but it IS definitely coming.  And if you want to try it, let me know and I can make it available for you.

Hi,

Ok.  I'll email you a link to a trial version of the software so you can see if it solves your issues.  I need to plug in your user id first to unlock it. 

I'll do this and get you a link either later tonight or tomorrow.

I also would appreciate any feedback, positive or negative.  Like I said before, I plan on starting to turn things on over the next few weeks so I'm looking for any remaining problems.

Just a quick update.  Please bear with me an extra day.  I have unlocked the new version for you but found one issue with .pdfs in Peyote that I'm quickly addressing.

I'm disappointed.
I think the problem is no longer being pursued.
The problem has been around for 10 months now.
I have not received a trial version.
I'm mad.

Hi,

I'm sorry for the delay.  I'll send you an email tomorrow with a link to test the new version.  I had several other problems in other areas but I'll have you test the Peyote and see if it solves your problem.

FYI, I also just added a year to your subscription.  Now I want to be sure you don't have any problems with the program.

I need to unlock some things, put in your member number and will do a couple patterns with Peyote on my end.  Like I say, I'll email you tomorrow.

Peter,

I just emailed you a link to the test version.  You need to be logged in to run it.

Let me know by email if you find problems and I'll fix them right away.

If you do find problems and would be willing to send a copy of an image that fails, please reply to my email and attach a copy.  If I can see it fail, I can fix the problem.
