I have never been any good at word problems. I think I've covered that ground before. Well, I made a shrug per a request. I was given a hand knitting pattern and had to figure out how to translate that to the LK150 as it required more stitches than are on the 260.

It took a while but I came up with one that worked and it was pretty good. Then came the request for one that is 2 inches longer and 2 inches wider..............I'm back to the drawing board. So far, I put off the math by knitting 300 rows today. Now I'm close enough to have to figure out when to begin the decreases, how many decreases to make and I'm using my little computer calculator for all it's worth.

Wish me luck. I have all these numbers bouncing around and not a clue which ones should go where. *sigh* *BIG SIGH*

Ouch! I feel your pain!

I hope it all goes well with your number crunching...I'm sending good vibes your way!

Ugh, doing those calculations is so harrowing. I especially dislike figuring out where to place increases, decreases and how many to do.

Sending more good vibes...please let us know how it goes!

Will do. My biggest problem is figuring out where to do the decreases as you say. I'm nearly at that point now so thanks for the vibes. I'll let you know tomorrow.
