In case you're wondering what's under that mountain, it's a park bench that I keep in my family room. Here's the version from several years ago, before the village climbed up over the bench.

There's over 50 buildings in this one.

I like the bench! I know, it's not really to the scale of the village, but maybe it's a village landmark.

Someone built that giant bench and now it's something for the villagers to be proud of. LOL. Hey, it could happen!

So now you have the bench surrounded with houses? Look, that's primo real estate and you can't expect the villagers not to know this.

I say as long as they're not harming the bench, they can settle where they want.

Being a cast iron bench, it is too heavy for me to move by myself.

But I do like the village better now as it completely hides the bench. The village climbs to
3 feet high at that point, I guess I should convert that to the altitude of actual houses atop a mountain.

I think this pic is from 2006, so you can see the progression over the years.

I see nothing wrong with the bench in the picture, anyway...but it's amazing how much the village changed from 2006-2010! In only 4 short years it looks like it's grown to much more than twice the size!

I don't think the perspective looks unrealistic...IMO, it's more a matter of how you like it.

It looks gorgeous no matter what!
