Picture not loading

When I choose the picture I want (JPG 2.86MG), completing my setting, and press "See My Pattern, the image bar goes blank like I did not choose anything.  I press "See My Pattern again and it tells me to choose an image.  It does this over and over again.  I can't get past #9.  I got it to work on another computer just fine using internet explorer.  Any ideas what it could be?
