I am definitely not computer illiterate, but not quite sure how to create a photo album. I went to my profile page and clicked on 'Create New Album', named it, then clicked on the icon to 'Insert Image'. I didn't get a 'browse' option (to find on my computer), instead a screen asking for a URL address. Now I know what a URL address is (honest)

but where do I go from here? When I click on the 'Insert Image' icon here, I receive the 'browse' option, but not to where I can create an album.

No worries.

You're close, just a bit of a half step off.

On that page where you create the new album, name it, but then add your description, tags, etc, and click on "Save" at the bottom. You are correct that "insert image" in this spot isn't what you're looking for. When you "Save" at the bottom of the page, you'll be brought to a new page which will give you 10 "Browse" buttons to pick photos for your albums...and of course, you're perfectly welcome to have many, many photo albums if 10 aren't enough!

If the images are more than 500k in size, though, try to resize them first, as they may not upload (they may error out if too large).

Please don't hesitate to let me know if you're still having issues.

Sometimes the software needs a slap or two.
