v2.6.6 Added more memory

I just bumped the amount of memory available for creating patterns.  I was seeing 'out of memory' errors once in awhile for larger .pdf patterns (like 100 pages or more and some patterns with hundreds of colors).

If you've tried certain images in the past and received an out of memory message, you may want to try the images again.

I'll keep monitoring things and will increase memory settings if  necessary.
