v2.6.0 Added new image formats!

I just added .bmp, .tif, .tiff, .svg, .pcx, and .psd formats to the image files you can import to create a pattern.

I also corrected the .wbmp format processing, which was not working at all.

There are so many variables with each new graphic format that I have no way to test everything but have tested each new format with some sample images.

Also, the .psd format allows direct import from a Photoshop file.  Again, there are so many options and variables involved with the .psd files that I cannot test every combination.

Please let me know if you find any problems with any of the image formats so I can address them.

I also fixed a few screen formatting issues with certain browsers.

I'll eventually be adding more image formats but this brings the current list up to:
.jpg, .jpeg, .pjpeg, .gif, .png, .wbmp, .bmp, .tif, .tiff, .svg, .pcx, and .psd.
