I have tried several times to get a symbol chart and it won't let me - its says the selected document can not be opened. I'm very frustrated to say the least.
I'm doing a wedding photo for bead delica - I want pattern in pdf format symbols only as I don't have a color printer. What am I doing wrong?
Its 150 wide x 225 high
HELP please

Hi, Kathy. Do you get this message when you click on the "Let's see my pattern" button? Are you still in your browser, or have you saved the .pdf and are trying to open it with Acrobat Reader? I understand your frustration and I'll help try to figure it out.

Also, what browser and version are you using? There are so many variables in different browsers, it could even be something on our end that is causing the issue. I haven't seen that problem before, but I'll try to help. And like I always say, if I can duplicate the problem on my end, I can fix it.
