Version 2.1 just released today is so powerful and complex, there's no way we've been able to test every possible combination! SO, we fully expect there to be some lingering bugs. Over the past 3 weeks, I've cleared up literally hundreds.

Let us know when you find a problem so we can solve it.

I have tried to create a knitting pattern. A knitted stich is longer than it is wide. Is my pattern going to have the right ration of height to length? The graph appears to have rectangles that are wider than they are tall. Please help, and thanks so much. Lisa

Welcome!

Actually, a knit stitch is wider than it is long, which is why the graph shows wide rectangles, rather than tall ones.

For instance, I'm looking at a gauge for a simple stockinette pattern...for a 4 inch x 4 inch swatch, the gauge is 16 sts x 22 rows. To have 16 stitches as opposed to 22 rows means the rectangles will be wide, not tall.

First of all, I'm in LOVE with this program! It is truly a godsend!
I'm having a problem when I create a pattern & written PDF for crochet ... the list of colors for the written portion cuts off on the second page...it seems to start printing halfway down the page and scrolls off the bottom. What am I doing wrong?

Hi, madhatter1227.

Sorry about the delay. I'm digging through old messages and emails. As time goes, I'll be spending more and more time back on this project.

Anyway, I'm wondering what paper size you have selected? Are you saying the list of colors begins half way down the page and then runs off? Is there more than one page of color listings?

I'll see if I can reproduce it once I get a bit more information. And if I can see it happen here, I can fix the problem.

Hope this pic explains a little better what I'm talking about...

Paper size is 8 1/2 x 11...there are 2 pages of color listings (using 60 colors for pattern). It only happens when I choose to print graph & written pattern, and only on the written portion.

Thanks. Still no changes in prices shwoing up this AM at my listings in the mall. I'm going to have to cancel the ad. I sent a message last night via this web site's contact form asking to have my prices updated manually with a requested amount.

Wow, this had some real old code so I wound up updating about 25 things. The problem has been solved. Let me know if there are other issues.

I'm so sorry you've had to cancel the ad.

Please see if you can now correct your prices. I couldn't do it before the fixes to the code and now I can't get in because of the fixes, sigh. But you should be able to now, and if there's any problem at all, please let us know.

For some reason, any time I create a pattern, I am unable to select "artwork" under the color choosing method options. It's like the button is broken and will not select no matter what I do. I've tried on iPad and computer in case it was an error on my end, and it didn't work.

This isn't actually a bug, and you've done nothing wrong.

The artwork function is not available at this time, which is why it can't be selected.

Hello,
Not really sure I'm in the right place since it's been a while since this thread was active. But well I got a bug to report.

Made a pattern using the wizard, have 5 colors in it, but the program changed/added a color in some places that is not one of the colors I have in my pattern.

I got the pattern saved as a pdf file, is there a email I can send it to you?
