v3.4.1 Added counts to Crochet and Knitting charts, added A2 paper, and more...

I've started bringing some of the things I've been working on live.  The following changes and updates are in this version 3.4.1:

1. Crochet and Knitting charts now show stitch counts on the first page of the pdf charts
2. I added A2 paper size.  This is a huge size that can fit more stitches on a page.  There are 3 or 4 updates coming related to stitch size and what you can fit on a page but I'm not sure exactly when these will come live.  They're being tested.
3. B5 paper size has had a minor change to fix an intermittent format problem.
4. I completely changed the formatting code for the key page of charts.  Several paper sizes had slight intermittent formatting problems where some columns did not line up but these have been fixed.
5. I corrected the "Palette Used" title on charts that used the Stitchboard Basic palette.  It used to show "Stitchboard Word Chart Palette" but now shows the correct one.
6. Finally I made 4 or 5 other minor bug fixes that I've found as I get closer to turning on the new freePatternWizard program.

Let me know if something doesn't work after these changes!  I don't think I created any new problems.
